Abstract

An ultrasound-sensing protein is disclosed, wherein the ultrasound-sensing protein is a mutant prestin of outer hair cells of non-sonar mammals, wherein the mutant prestin has a substituted amino acid at position 308 and selectively has a substituted amino acid at position 7.

本發明提供了一種超音波感應蛋白質，其係具有無法感受超音波的哺乳動物耳蝸外毛細胞的馬達蛋白胺基酸序列第308個位置的胺基酸被另一個胺基酸取代的變異、以及選擇性地具有第7個位置的胺基酸被另一個胺基酸取代的變異。
