Abstract
The invention is a balloon catheter system assisted by ultrasound and microbubbles and a method for vasodilation. The system includes: a controller; a sensor catheter; a highly focused ultrasound probe, and the highly focused ultrasound probe and the sensor catheter is connected to the controller; and a balloon catheter; the method of vasodilation includes: providing a sensor catheter into a blood vessel, and controlling a highly focused ultrasound probe to focus at the vascular sclerosis; removing the sensor catheter from the blood vessel and inserting a balloon catheter into the blood vessel; infusing microbubbles into the balloon catheter and controlling the highly focused ultrasound probe to start working to destroy the calcification point of the hardened blood vessel; smoothly inflating the balloon catheter at the hardened blood vessel location.
本發明為一種超音波搭配微氣泡輔助之氣球導管系統及其血管擴張方法,該系統包括:一控制器;一感測器導管;一高度聚焦式超音波探頭,該高度聚焦式超音波探頭及該感測器導管連接於該控制器;以及一氣球導管;該血管擴張方法,包括:提供一感測器導管進入一血管,控制一高度聚焦式超音波探頭在血管硬化處進行對焦;將該感測器導管從該血管移出,將一氣球導管進入該血管;將微氣泡灌入該氣球導管,並控制該高度聚焦式超音波探頭開始工作破壞硬化血管的鈣化點;順利將該氣球導管在血管硬化的部分位置撐開。
